JESUS CHRIST WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!
I’ve seen a bunch of people talking about the term “friendzone.” Well not so much talking. More like, screeching nonsensically.
When a guy says that he’s put in the “friendzone,” he does not think you owe him anything. Well maybe he does, but if that’s the case, he’s an asshole. If a guy is put in the friendzone, it means he likes a girl. The girl doesn’t like him. She does, however, see him as a friend. One she can confide in.

Now if a person likes you then it should be a fucking given that you do not call that person and complain about relationship problems, or gush over the super cute dude/chick that was giving you the eyes at the bar. This is what the friendzone is. It’s being emasculated and being forced to listen to some dingbat go on and on about how poorly her boyfriend treats her when you like her and would treat her right.
The friendzone is not men feeling like women owe them something. If you think that, then you’re an asshole.
